League Details
LEAGUE OVERVIEW // –– Playgrounders MLS GO Leagues are co-ed recreational leagues, where fun and development are our top priorities. Our objective is to provide a premium youth soccer experience with trained coaches and expert designed curriculum in an affordable and convenient 1-day/wk league model, backed by the expertise of MLS GO! These are non-competitive leagues and while the score will be internally tracked for parity purposes (to make sure teams are evenly matched), no official score, records or standings will be publicly tracked. This is done to make sure the focus is on fun and development rather than winning and losing! DATES // –– Start Date: September 6th, 2025 End Date: October 25th, 2025 Make Up Date: November 1st, 2025 (additional make up dates will be scheduled based on weather and field availability) TIMES // –– Practice + Games will be held on the same day (Saturdays) back-to-back. Each Saturday session will start with a 45-minute training session, followed by a 30-minute game. This means each team will be assigned to a 2-hour scheduling block each week. The Scheduling Blocks: [Time Slot #1] = 11AM - 1 PM Once teams are finalized prior to the start of the season, your team will be assigned a full-season schedule outlining which time slot you have each week. You will be asked to provide your preference of time slots when registering. We will do our best to structure the schedules to accommodate your preferences, however it is not guaranteed. LOCATION // –– Games + practices will be held at the same place each week. Address: 1305 Lourdes Ave, De Pere, WI 54115 AGE GROUPS // –– We will be dividing teams up into age groups based on both school grade first and birth date second in order to try and keep school friends together on the same teams while also ensuring no major age disparities exist among age groups. Age groups are as follows: 6U Age Group // (4-6 Years) Ages 7-9: Coming Spring 2026! APPAREL // –– As part of the MLS Go model, each player will receive a full MLS Pro-Team apparel kit which includes: • A Reversible MLS Pro Team Jersey • A Pair of Matching Shorts • A Pair of Black Socks Each MLS GO team will be assigned a MLS Pro Team (with their professionally branded jerseys to match) prior to the start of the season.
League Season Schedule
Cancellation Policy
Playgrounder Sports Academy does in some special cases grant a full refund, however please see the refund timeline below: • Up to 10 days prior to the league start date = Full refund minus processing fees (4.95%) • Within 10 days of the league start date = $35 Fee or Future Credit If for any reason, a game day is cancelled, Playgrounder Sports Academy will make every effort to reschedule the game for a later date. We will attempt to rescheduled any cancelled games at the end of the season on the same weekday as the game was originally scheduled if possible, however if circumstances don't allow for it, makeup games can occur on any day of the week. In the event of multiple games being cancelled for any reason beyond our control, participants are guaranteed no more than one (1) make-up game per season, contingent on staff availability and facility access. We reserve the right to cancel leagues due to low enrollment, in which case full refunds will be offered. Playgrounder Sports Academy does not allow toys or snacks during leagues. Children MUST wear appropriate footwear or they will not be allowed to participate in practices or games. We recommend sweatpants or shorts. Children who wear glasses are required to use shatterproof eyewear at all times. Playgrounder Sports Academy is not responsible for any of your personal belongings so please keep track of your items at all times. Playgrounder Sports Academy will provide a a full apparel kit (including jersey, shorts, and socks) for each child, and while children are allowed to wear different socks or shorts, so long as they are the same color as the ones provided, they are expected however to wear their Playgrounder provided jersey to every game. Extra t-shirts are available ($10 each). Apparel Exchanges // In the event that a player needs to exchange any apparel for a different size, participants will be able to make a request by emailing: info@playgroundersports.com. Since Playgrounder Sports Academy provides apparel kits on behalf of MLS GO, apparel exchanges are not processed directly by us and we are charged a fee for every exchange request we send to MLS GO. To offset these fees charged to us by MLS GO, all exchanges are subject to a $12 exchange fee which is to be paid at the time of the exchange request. In some cases, if we have extra apparel inventory on-site we may be able to process an exchange free of charge, however it is not guaranteed.
